Relationship Coaching at the Intersection of
Biblical Wisdom & Personality Science with Ronna Phifer-Ritchie, PhD,
Professional Relationship Coach & Personality Expert
Relationships are deeply
spiritual work. We are designed by God to live in relationship. And we thrive
when those relationships are healthy. And the ability to form and maintain good
relationships has been repeatedly empirically demonstrated to be the single
most potent factor in personal & professional success. Building good
relationships almost always involves character work or “personality
development.” It is that profound intersection point between the unchanging
truths of Godly wisdom and those same truths, continually expanded and
rediscovered in personality science, where we get the most powerful leverage
for spiritual and relational growth!
