Service Description

 I have 3 Masters Degrees in Sports Medicine, Performance Enhancement & Injury Prevention and Corrective Exercise Rehabilitation. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS), I apply scientific knowledge to train individuals and athletes for the primary goal of improving athletic performance and fitness. I can conduct sport-specific testing sessions, design and implement safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs while providing guidance regarding nutrition and injury prevention. As a PES, I use cutting-edge performance assessment techniques, sport-specific program design based on scientifically-valid, evidence-based applications which achieve remarkable results with top professionals and weekend warriors alike. The CES certification provides the advanced knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully work with clients suffering from musculoskeletal impairments, imbalances or post-rehabilitation concerns. Bootcamp/HIIT classes indoor and out.

Skills

I was an instructor at University of Maine teaching Health and Fitness, Physical Education as well as the Strength and Condition Coach for the University and Mt Blue High School. I designed and implemented rehabilitation strength and Conditioning programs for the patients and community as part of the staff for Sport Medicine East. I am currently the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Deering High School Football team in Portland Maine as well as the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator at Fitness Factory. As a competitive powerlifter, I was national ranked as one of the top ten in the country in the 1980s.
