I coach clients who are ready to take their lives from good to great. I am passionate about working with others to discover their strengths and develop their ability to leverage these strengths to meet goals they have set for themselves. Once they complete the Strengths Finder 2.0 Assessment identifying their strengths, I work with clients to understand what these strengths need so that they are better able to use these strengths as a tool to meet their goals.
I have a special interest in working with clients and families recovering from addiction, but take great pleasure in working with anyone who is committed to improving his/her life.
I offer 60 minute coaching sessions via telephone and Skype for the convenience of long distance clients. Local clients also have the option of meeting in a mutually agreed upon public location.
I work with clients in developing goals for themselves and devising an action plan to meet each goal. I emphasize the client focusing on their strengths to meet their goals instead of trying to fix their weaknesses. I do not judge clients. I do not tell a client what he/she should or should not be doing. Instead, I ask powerful, open-ended questions to encourage the client to dig deep within him/herself to come up with a viable answer.
